All floral arrangements are subject to availability. In the event that a specific item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equal or greater value, ensuring that the arrangement maintains its quality and style.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on our website are in USD. Prices may vary based on the design, size, and seasonal availability of flowers. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, and PayPal.
4. Delivery Policy
We offer local delivery to the following zip codes: 80012, 80013, 80014, 80015, 80016, 80017, 80045, 80111, 80112, 80124, 80134, 80220, 80222, 80224, 80230, 80231, 80237, 80247, 80249. For delivery outside these areas, please contact us directly.
- Delivery Charges: Local delivery is subject to a charge of $15.28, which includes a $0.28 CO Retail Delivery Fee.
- Delivery Times: Orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. MST for same-day delivery. Saturday orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. MST. We do not offer delivery on Sundays.
- Recipient Not at Home: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may leave the arrangement in a secure area, with a neighbor, or reschedule the delivery.
- Holiday Deliveries: Due to the high volume of orders during holidays, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
5. Order Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations or changes to orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date. We cannot guarantee changes to orders placed within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
7. International Orders
We accept international orders via phone. Please call our shop directly for assistance. We cannot accept international orders through our website at this time.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Fresh Flower Market is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or other external factors.
